Last Monday I went to my first "Christmas do" and we had a great evening which really got me into the Christmas spirit. (Not too much though, it was a Monday after all!) Although that was fun the highlight of my week was stepping in at short notice to run a team building event for a new Third Sector client. The team really threw themselves into the task I set them and the result was some wonderful creativity, lots of laughter and importantly a few interesting learning points too about what it takes to create a winning team. I hope they ask me back to do some more work with them as they were a great group of people to work with. My attention this week turns to some facilitation with a senior management team in amongst the Christmas shopping, present wrapping and social functions. Have a good week whatever you're doing, Sarah
