It was an eventful week with the addition of some case studies and of course a brand new blog, amongst other improvements to the spm website. Thanks to Nina and David for your support and expertise! As well as working on 2 mediation cases, last week saw the CIPD South East Thames Branch Christmas Social evening with guest speaker Dave Kearns from Expert Investigations. Dave told us about some of the covert ops he and his team get up to on behalf of employers trying to uncover employee fraud of various kinds. All interesting stuff as well as being entertaining I must say! Tales of SAS style missions certainly put an end to the trilby and trenchcoat wearing image of a Private Investigator!
